15 YEAR OLD GIRL RP’S NEW WOMEN’S POWERLIFTING CHAMP

BEWARE GUYS’ this young girl you might think may be frail but watchout she can throw you out in a bin!. Patricia Llena who happens to be the daughter of a Baptist pastor in San Antonio Nueva Ecija is the new reigning RP weight lifting champion in the Women’s Division who broke all time records during the National Women’s Open Championship by dead lifting an eye-popping 175.5kgs held in Manila recently.

This 5’4 senior Highschool lass at the Montessori school in San Antonio, Nueva Ecija has set a new record with her partial dead lift record at a staggering 423.5 kgs who outweighed the reigning weight lifting queen of the Philippines Lily Pecante who held the crown for 13 years undefeated. Pecante, who took the crown at age 32 was also RP’s bet and bested several Asian women power lifter all these years and finally bowed to Patricia Llena. Paricia, at age 4 reportedly could lift a 20 kgs and at age eight could lift 95 k to the amazement of her father pastor Leonado Llena, a weightlifter himself. At present, Patricia is the newest World junior power lift champion who holds 3 gold medals and a bronze lifting 170kgs in Squat, 80kgs in Bench press and 170kgs in the dead lift for a total of 420kgs she got during the Sub-Junior World weight lifting championships on dead lift held in Robeiro, Preto, Sao Paulo Brazil where more than thirty countries participated last September 7, 2009. Patricia trounced Kindra Miller of USA who placed 2nd at 405kgs and Yana of Russia who placed 3rd. Patricia made her way to the International competition despite lack of funds.
